With the help of Plain Greek Yoghurt, we can create an excellent salad dressing that will not contain large amounts of fat. To prepare the dressing, we will need avocado fruit, 4 anchovies, two heads of garlic, chives and Greek yoghurt. We will also use wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil for the dressing. Simply chop the ingredients into small pieces or blend in a blender, adding vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice.
