WHO WE ARE

Burma Love Foods Company was founded in 2016 by Desmond Tan, owner of Burma Superstar Restaurants, to enable our customers to bring home the tastes and flavors of Burma. At the heart of our product offerings is the Fermented Tea Leaf Salad, which boasts bright and flavorful notes of green tea. The fermented tea leaves are seasoned with spices and lime juice, mixed with our Burmese Crunchy Mix and tossed with fresh shredded vegetables. The unique, savory flavor and mildly stimulating effect make the Burma Love Foods Company Tea Leaf Salad satisfying, energizing, and unforgettable.

Our product range includes a To-Go range of salads and wraps, Fermented Tea Leaf Dressings in three flavors, a Traditional Burmese Crunchy Mix, and a new Tea Aioli Dip.

SUSTAINABLE & EQUITABLE

Burma Love Foods changed a centuries-old tea farming industry by engaging agricultural consultants and food scientists to introduce regenerative and natural farming practices to our farming partners in the mountains of Burma. The results are clean, chemical-free, sustainable, and 100% organic tea leaves. 

FAIR TRADE

We continue to strive for fair trade. Removing middlemen brokers, Burma Love Foods works directly with our tea farmers to ensure that they are always paid above the market rate.
