We started by steeping real cinnamon sticks in fresh milk and cream to make our delectable cinnamon gelato. We then blended in bits of flakey pie crust, apple pieces, and a swirl of caramel to create this one-of-a-kind Caramel Apple Pie Gelato. Our technique might be Italian, but this recipe clearly leans American. This special batch gelato is only available for a few months out of the year when it’s in season!
